Bay Club has large spacious rooms with lots of storage and garage, a large gym and pool with kids play area and dog park.. The grounds are very clean and beautiful. The staff and maintenance crew are professional and friendly they always take care of any issues or concerns. I love the APP it makes it easy to pay rent or request assistance or even call them. In my opinion Bay Club is the best place I have lived and you will love it too . Thank you Bay Club for everything you do….

I and my family are loving our new home. As an immigrant, my English is not so good, but the front office staff, especially Tara, was very patient and kind during the application. Before you move in, take a tour, so you can choose a unit as you like. The finishings are different in some units, and there's many options of views. We love our nature view! The community is very quiet, and they keep it always nice and well-maintained. You can walk even at night because there's enough lights. The trash truck comes 3 times a week, so the dumpster is never full or smelling bad. When I just moved in, there were many roaches, I've requested the pest control service for 3 consecutive weeks, and it solved the problem. Thaddius, from Massey, is a friendly man. I'm very impressed with the maintenance team. They do a great renovation work, and they really care if the apartment is in perfect condition. I've already met Carlos and Alberto. They are very kind, respectful, and professional. They let the house with no mess after the maintenance. I've already requested some maintenance, as my kitchen sink got clogged. They solve the problem in a reasonable time. I really recommend this community.

⚠️ DO NOT MOVE HERE ⚠️ My wife and I applied here in September it took all the way until November to get an approval. Drove from Virginia to pick up keys for December 5th to be disappointed because our paperwork was never processed! Not one single worker in the rental office call me nor my wife to inform us not to come because the paperwork was not completed to move in! No one could answer our question of why we didn’t receive any updates prior to driving 9 hrs from Virginia. We have been consistently calling the rental office and emailing Tara and Kayla with no straight forward answers! They never answer your questions or communicated with us . this process was long and draining ! I withdrawn my 4 your old son out of school because my wife and I was assuming we would receive our keys this December 5th and sign our lease! Not once did Kayla, Tara, David nor Victoria inform us that the paperwork was not completed and to not drive 9 hours for nothing! Unprofessional worst staff in my years of renting ! This was the most discriminating process I’ve ever experienced! Tara wanted us to back out of the application it was very obvious! It’s funny how I could never get a direct answer or a reply from Tara until we decided to back out of the lease because of the lack of professionalism! She responded immediately and cancelled the application with in 5 seconds! Kayla and Tara need to be investigated for housing discrimination! They both knew what they were doing dragging my family and I for 3 months with no communication! They had 3 months to inform my wife and I about what’s was going on and no one reached out and said anything! They approved us and left my family and I to figure the rest of the process on our own! No welcome home letter nothing ! Victoria the rental assistant told us she ask Tara Multiple times can she send us our welcome home letter for move in and Tara the property manager told her “NO” for a week straight! Remind you we was approved mid November and she wouldn’t allow Victoria to send the welcome home letter all the way up til our move in date of December 5th! They are the most unorganized , unprofessional non communication and may I add Tara is very discriminative and Kayla the regional manager backs it up for her! Not once anyone apologized for putting us through this miserable process and allow us to drive 9 hrs to find out they didn’t complete there end of the paperwork simple because they didn’t want to! I mean 3 months let’s be serious! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! There are better options here in Jacksonville and this is not one of them!

What was once a very quiet and high quality neighborhood has since become a continual sound of screaming and the smell of weed. Paying $400/month more over 2 years ago for no upgrades(and being told that "only 10% increase is a good thing") and worse neighbors doesn't exactly lend itself to a high rating or desire to recommend to other people as we once did. It isn't our fault that the plumbing is all failing and electrical is 30years old. Those of us who have been here a while miss the days when the front office could actually do something, and it wasn't corporate offices trying to gouge every dollar (20+% increase 1 year and 10+% the next) and trying to make it sound like that is normal. Sorry, it may be an inflationary period, but not that much when the building is everywhere.

I’ve lived here with my husband for nearly a year. We’ve had an amazing experience living at this property. Pharryl who works in the office is always professional, helpful and has a positive demeanor. It’s refreshing to have a positive experience when renting. The 3 gentleman that are maintenance are all respectful and friendly. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part. These apartments aren’t brand new so don’t expect things to be 100% 2023 modern HOWEVER the complex is constantly doing upgrades and maintenance for example cleaning the air ducts, pressure washing the stairs, maintaining the stairs, etc. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I have been hesitant on writing a review only because there are a couple of people that work here that are truly incredible people Like Tara (PM) & the Maintenance guys for the most part they do look out for me and my child and for that I am grateful being a single mom with no support is hard so the few people that have talked to me and looked out for her I am overly joyed that people like them still do those things. There have been several little things that I have talk to the staff about that they choose not to do anything; however, the thing that set me off is they sent out a letter saying they were going to work on the roads and that we are not able to park in our garage that I pay for! My parking area that I pay for and that we have to find alternate parking. They even wrote in the letter this is not optional. Well I pay for those things and for it not to be optional is a bit ridiculous. Are they reimbursing everyone for their inconvenience on what they pay for? NO! Are they taking Money off their rent? NO. What irritates me even more is I have to back track to get around the signs to get through the entrance to my apartments. I am sad to say that this is not a place I want to stay anymore. Hopefully by next year I can leave.
